三清慈愛福利會
我們是個響應及推動隸屬文化教育及社會慈善工作的組織，並給予社會不幸或貧病家庭的常月定期資助，領養殘障兒童或孤兒，獎勵或常月資助家境貧困優秀的學生為宗旨。
自1997年成立以來，三清積極的進行多項有關救災，施棺，捐獻器官，定期捐血運動的慈善工作。多年來，共有數百個貧困家庭在三清推行的常月定期資助計劃下受惠，受惠的家庭每月獲得定期撥款資助。常年主辦撥販貧老及清寒學生的《新春慈愛之夜》，每年特設餐宴，呈獻精彩文娛節目，分發恩物以及紅包惠及 600多位 社會貧老以及華小清寒學生。
推行多年的《清寒子女補習班》，自2007年開始，易名為《快樂兒童學習班》，在老師悉心教導下，多位補習班學生在 UPSR 考試都有全掃七科全A的傑出成績表現。每個月定期為小學生提供手工藝學習及圓康遊藝，更讓小學生在課餘時間增多學習及嬉樂的空間。

PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN PRIHATIN SAM CHENG
Sam Cheng Everloving Care Welfare Society is a non-profit organization (NPO) that endorses and promotes the traditional Chinese cultural, education and charitable activities. In addition, the welfare society strives to aid the unfortunates, have-nots or aged-and-sick on a regular basis as well as to sponsor the handicapped, retarded children and orphans.Besides, it also subsidizes the poor but good achievers in schools. Since its establishment in 1997, Sam Cheng has aggressively carried out numerous remarkable charitable events such as calamity rescue, bestows coffin, organ pledging campaign and blood donation drives. For years, Sam Cheng has been conducting goodwill Tuition Class for children from the lower income families. It aims to reduce the financial burden of the respective families and to improve the children’s education level.The Chinese Cultural Festival Quiz Contest are amongst the annual events organized by the welfare society to preserve and promote cultural education as well as to encourage the Chinese school students and the public to reckon the Chinese culture and festivals.The Chinese New Year Charity Night is a yearly event organized for the aged-and-poor senior citizens. They are treated to a course dinner coupled with fantastic performances where gifts and red packets are given away to cover 600 of them. In the recent years, there are hundreds of poor families benefited from the Monthly Financial Aid Program through the welfare center.
三清慈育計劃
《三清慈育計劃》特別為受中文教育的中小學生而推行，除了減輕低收入家庭對子女的經濟負擔之外，亦祈望能發揮 “拋磚引玉” 的效應，讓更多團體組纖以及社會人士，注意到貧困家庭對子女教育的經濟負擔問題伸出援手，共襲義舉。
《三清慈育計畫》讓生活在貧困家庭且品學兼優的華校中小學生提呈申請。受惠的學生，每月將獲RM50至RM 200 (全年共RM600 至 RM2400) 的常月定期資助。預期估計，每年皆有80至100位華校清寒學生作出申請。
There is no reason to be deficient in education despite being poor. There are many families (especially those who have several children) shouldering huge financial burden on schooling necessities, a sum that might be insignificant to the rich but certainly a heavy load for the poor.
To lighten their education burden, Sam Cheng Everloving Care Welfare Society has specially initiated Everloving Education Program to provide monthly financial aid to them. Good achievers from lower income families who are currently studying in Chinese schools are entitled to apply for such financial aid.
Successful beneficiary will receive RM50 to RM200 monthly (RM600 to RM2400 yearly) as periodic education aid.
Everloving Education Program involves a handsome some of fund and Sam Cheng Everloving Care Welfare Society sincerely appeals to all organizations, associations and kind patrons to come forward in response to this charity call. Extend your love and generosity through the adoption program or donation and help to make the world warmer place to live in.
